R. Case Runolfson, CFM is Senior Director of the Facility Management Department at American Institutes for Research (AIR) where he leads his team of FM professionals with a deep understanding about the human factors that are essential when delivering services in today’s workplace. Mike Petrusky asks Case about how he inspires others to be positive and encourages his colleagues to constantly build knowledge with an understanding that it is the application of information that is the key to our success. As a past president of CCIFMA and current member of the Board of Trustees at the IFMA Foundation, Case has served the FM community in a variety of ways. Mike and Case discuss the rewards that come from volunteering at IFMA where member engagement offers opportunities for us to grow and build experience in areas that might not be typically part of our job description.
