November 28, 2017
Overview
Caroline Horton, FMP is a Facilities Associate at a financial services company in New York City where she focuses on project management, new construction and office location moves among her other building management responsibilities. Mike Petrusky asks Caroline to share her FM story and we discover why she is passionate about the industry and pouring her knowledge and experience into up and coming FM students. Caroline was recently featured on the cover of "Building Operating Management Magazine" in an article about young FM professionals, industry credentials and next generation facility managers. She talks about the importance of user and workplace experiences and the transforming of the FM profession as we head into the future. Caroline believes in being a strategic leader in the workplace and she recognizes the need to lean on mentors and more experienced FMs through networking at IFMA and NFMT. The fun continues as Caroline joins with Mike to create the first “FM innovator live vocal band” and they perform one of the biggest hits of the eighties..."Eye of the Tiger"!
