Kashiwagi, PhD, P.E., IFMA Fellow, Fulbright Scholar is a professor at Arizona State University and the Director of the Performance Based Studies Research Group (PBSRG), a worldwide leader in improving facility and project performance and efficiency. Mike Petrusky asks Dr. Dean about the role of the facility manager in the future, automation in the workplace, and what makes a good leader.
